How to Bake Brownies

Who can resist the chocolatey, chewy and feel-good taste of brownies? If you are into brownies, come, join me as I bake a mouth-watering batch of brownies!
Ingredients
- 
    
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 2 large eggs
 - 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
 - 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven at 160 degrees celcius and grease the baking pan.
 - Mix the sifted dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
 - Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl.
 - Using a wooden spoon, mix the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
 - Transfer the mixture into the greased pan.
 - Place it in the oven and bake it for 40 - 45 minutes. To check if it’s done, put a toothpick in the brownies, and if no crumbs stick to the toothpick after you pull it out, it’s done.
 - The brownies are done! Enjoy eating!
